(Mandatory) Webinar for Ethics Instructors

Instructors delivering a Live Ethics program are expected to participate in a live Instructor Training webinar as a requirement of eligibility. This webinar is intended to assure the competency of instructors with respect to the learning objectives, the new Code and Standards as well as course delivery expectations.  

To fulfill this requirement, participate in one of the Live webinars listed below and offered throughout the year. Then complete and submit the Ethics Instructor Attestation Form to include your date of participation or viewing.  

CFP Board Ethics Instructor Training (Required)

Instructors delivering a Live Ethics program are expected to participate in a live Instructor Training webinar as a requirement of eligibility. This webinar is intended to assure the competency of instructors with respect to the learning objectives, the new Code and Standards as well as course delivery expectations.

Before participating in one of the above webinars, instructors are expected to familiarize themselves with the new Code and Standards as well as the Instructor Guide, timed agenda, vignettes and slide deck.  These documents will be available from the CE Sponsor the week of July 30.  

The last step in the process is to complete the Instructor Attestation.  


ETHICS CE WEBINAR FOR LIVE PROGRAM PROVIDERS

This webinar is intended for CE Sponsors who plan on a Live delivery of Ethics CE.  Staff will focus specifically on reviewing the program requirements and delivery expectations as well as answer related questions.  The presentation slides will be posted online the day after this webinar.
