The CFP^® professional who has been designated by a CE Sponsor to lead a Live Ethics CE course must complete this form a minimum of 14 business days before the first course date.

Instructor Eligibility

Please review the instructor requirements carefully. You must meet and/or agree to each of the terms listed below, by placing a check in the box, to be eligible to lead a CFP Board Ethics course.

I am currently certified and have been continually certified as a CFP® professional for at least five years or I am a CFP Board Emeritus™ member

I am not, nor have I been the subject of an investigation (pending or otherwise) by CFP Board or any federal or state regulator within the past five years.

I participated in a live Instructor webinar/viewed the live webinar recording (add date below).

Date of Attendance or Online Viewing

I agree to conduct the Live Ethics course in a manner consistent with the instructions provided through that webinar and in the Course Detail Package.

I understand that CFP Board will conduct a background check based on the information provided here and that the outcome of this check will be the final determination of my eligibility.
