On November 14, 2022, CFP Board issued a request for comments on proposed revisions to its Procedural Rules. The proposed changes, if adopted, will modernize CFP Board’s enforcement processes in a manner designed to be fair to those whose conduct is being evaluated and credible to the public. The deadline to submit comments was January 23, 2023.
