Integrating IFS with financial therapy is a groundbreaking way to uncover the emotional and psychological roots behind financial behaviors. Financial therapy addresses the underlying factors influencing financial choices, from stress and avoidance to compulsive spending. In this demonstration, we’ll explore how a Certified IFS Practitioner and Certified Financial Therapist (CFT™) helps a participant identify and understand parts of their own Internal Financial System™—such as an “inner critic” or “wounded part of themselves”—that may impact their financial choices. In this session, attendees will observe a live IFS Informed Financial Therapy demonstration, giving insight into how these internal dynamics play out in real-time.
