Description

CPFA was created by retirement plan advisors for advisors. NAPA advisors wanted a course and designation that focused on ERISA issues, from fiduciary requirements to plan design to investment and fiduciary best practices. The exam cram is a four (4) hour live session led by a NAPA instructor, covering content from the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor Online Course in the form of relevant case studies.

Learn about liaison services – the daily activities required by plan administrators while interacting with service providers; Identify the duties, processes, and best practices as they relate to the retirement plan committee. Describe an advisor’s role in coordinating timeline and service providers during conversions.
