Description
Under the CFP® principal knowledge topic Psychology of Financial Planning, this immersive program offers advisors grounding in concepts and skills based on Family Systems Theory, a psychological body of knowledge from the adjacent space of family therapy. Participants build relationship-based engagement capabilities for helping client families approach decision making and conversations in a holistic and integrated manner that fosters closeness, connection and harmony in their family system. This virtual program involves five modules of learning that blend instructor-led virtual sessions and peer-to-peer learning through the NovoEd collaborative learning platform. The course offers participants opportunities for learning and reflection through cases studies, discussions, ongoing assessments, a capstone project.
