Description
The use of annuities within a trust may provide extensive benefits to the beneficiaries of an estate. However, their use must be carefully considered and carefully executed to preserve those benefits. This course pays particular attention to maximizing the benefits of the Generation Skipping Trust. This course explains the different trusts and how they should be set up. The benefits and limitations of the use of annuities are examined.
