Description
This course provides a very broad view of financial planning and the products that are utilized to build a financial plan. Students who complete the course will have a working knowledge of financial products ranging from bank deposits to limited partnerships and futures contracts. In addition, the course provides an overview of a variety of qualified and other retirement plans and an understanding of the financial planning process.

• Explain the risk-reward relationships inherent in various financial products
• Discuss the factors and forces involved designing an effective financial plan
