Christy Callaway, MSM

Christy Callaway works closely with the CEO to facilitate successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill commitments to CFP Board's partners, stakeholders, Board of Directors and staff.

Christy served as CFP Board Chief of Staff from 2020-2026. She first joined the organization in 2008 in the Professional Practice department where she was responsible for the accreditation annual report and five-year renewal with the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). She had been involved in the planning and communication activities for the certification renewal process. In addition, she managed the CFP Board relationship with Continuing Education providers and ensured CFP® professionals’ compliance with continuing education standards.

Christy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in management and her Master of Science degree in management from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She earned her CAE in 2026.
