Criminal Expungement Commission
The Criminal Expungement Commission was formed to develop and recommend a proposed standard for how CFP Board will address expunged criminal convictions in upholding the Ethics standard for CFP® certification.
The Commission is made up of individuals from financial services firms and members of the public.
