Marty Reid, CFP®
Marty Reid is the president of Reid Financial Consulting, Inc., established in Lincolnton, North Carolina in 2004. Presently, Marty is also an instructor in the McColl School of Business at Queens University, North Carolina, teaching in the Financial Planner Program. His financial planning practice focuses upon aligning his clients’ financial behavior with their life values. Marty’s slogan, “Integrating Wealth, Stewardship, and Values,” encapsulates his mission of assisting clients in meeting their financial objectives.
Marty began his financial planning career in 1998. After graduating from Lenoir-Rhyne University, he earned a Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary and a M.Div. and Ph.D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Marty’s previous profession included academic teaching, scholarly research, and publications.
