A Sense of Agency

Federal employment has long been a cornerstone of Montgomery County, but recent waves of job cuts have spurred locals to rally together with support and resources for those affected. Bethesda resident Erin Koeppel, Managing Director, Government Relations and Public Policy Counsel at CFP Board, helped create two tailored webinars, one for planners on federal pay and benefits, and another for federal workers.
