Relaxing Standards for Past Offenses — CFP Board Looks to Decide
CFP Board is seeking public feedback on a proposal to simplify the ethics review process for candidates with older financial or legal issues, allowing some to bypass formal hearings if certain conditions are met. "CFP Board is committed to preserving the integrity of CFP® certification while enhancing fairness and efficiency in the application process,” said CFP Board CEO Kevin R. Keller, CAE.
