A Wyoming Couple Are Tired of Being Landlords. They Need a New Financial Plan.
A couple from Wyoming spent 26 years acquiring seven homes and now aims to reduce their responsibilities as landlords. CFP Board Ambassador Laura LaTourette, CFP® notes they have done "a really great job accumulating hard assets" and recommends hiring professional property managers to lessen their daily workload and help them detach from the emotional ties to each property.
