The CFP Board Center for Financial Planning is pleased to invite you to join us in Arlington, Virginia on February 20-22, 2020, for the 2020 Academic Research Colloquium for Financial Planning and Related Disciplines. The event will be held at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel.

This international meeting of researchers, practitioners, and graduate students, held in cooperation with the international Financial Planning Standards Board and FP Canada, will showcase rigorous, relevant research within financial planning, as well as disciplines that directly or indirectly relate to the financial planning body of knowledge or financial planning practice.

“Financial Planning has long struggled to bridge the gap between financial planning academics and practitioners. But as we’ve recapped in our annual 20172018, and 2019 reviews of the conference, the CFP Board’s Academic Research Colloquium is now bringing that gap and over the span of just a few years is quickly becoming THE event to showcase emerging research in financial planning!”
