Financial Planner Compensation Climbs 15% in 2025: CFP Board
CFP® professionals report higher pay, stronger benefits, and greater career fulfillment than non-certified peers, while also receiving benefits such as retirement plans (96%), certification dues coverage (93%), and hybrid work options (81%). “CFP® certification is a powerful part of the equation — for the professionals who hold it, the firms that employ them and the millions of people they serve — and as demand for advice grows, its value will only continue to rise,” said K.
