CFP Board reported a record-breaking March CFP® exam administration, with notable participation from younger candidates, as 4,391 individuals took the exam and 2,927 passed for a 67% pass rate in line with recent averages. However, the larger challenge for CFP Board and the industry remains not just attracting new candidates, but ensuring those newly minted CFP® professionals build long-term careers and stay in the profession.
