Americas Economy Is So Bad That Its Driving a Loneliness Crisis

Two thirds of Americans have skipped at least one social event in the past two years because they could not afford to attend, according to CFP Board’s research report Financial FOMO: A Survey About Money and Relationships. The report shows that missed occasions range from everyday gatherings like birthday dinners and holiday events to costlier commitments such as group trips and weddings.
