CFP Study Shows Its Advisers Linked to Stronger Financial Outcomes

CFP Board’s decade long Financial Planning Longitudinal Study shows that households working with CFP® professionals report stronger financial outcomes, higher confidence in reaching their goals, and greater overall preparedness. Nearly all such households feel confident about achieving financial goals, and a significantly higher share maintain at least three months of emergency savings compared with those working with other advisers or managing finances on their own.
