CFP Board Ambassador Program Welcomes Four CFP® Professionals

CFP Board has appointed four additional CFP® professionals to its CFP Board Ambassador Program, expanding a nationwide network of volunteer leaders dedicated to raising public awareness of CFP® certification and the value of working with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Since its launch in 2010, the Ambassador Program has grown into a diverse and influential network of CFP® professionals representing a broad range of backgrounds and financial planning specialties. Ambassadors serve as trusted voices for consumers, the media, and aspiring CFP® professionals by contributing content to LetsMakeAPlan.org, speaking at events, and engaging audiences through traditional and social media in support of CFP Board’s mission to advance the financial planning profession for the benefit of the public.

The new CFP Board Ambassadors are as follows:

Odaro Aisueni, CFP®
Houston, TX

Odaro Aisueni, CFP® is financial wellness advisor at Plancorp Wealth Management . A passionate advocate for financial literacy and community empowerment, he has served in many leadership positions through the FPA Board locally and nationally. Most recently he served on the national NexGen Chair where he helped plan and lead a conference for NexGen financial professionals & CFP® professionals.

Odaro brings both technical expertise and a heartfelt commitment to helping others navigate their financial futures. A Nigerian-American and the son of immigrants, Odaro is a proud graduate of the Texas Tech Financial Planning program where his love for financial planning began. He has dedicated himself to giving back through initiatives like the Rooted Project, offering pro bono financial planning to underserved communities.

Odaro’s insights have been featured in notable publications such as Success.com, Equites.com, Thrive Global, Forbes, and more where he shares his expertise on wealth management and financial planning. Based in Houston, Texas, he blends his professional life with a love for sports and a strong connection to his local community. In every role, Odaro aims to make financial planning approachable and impactful, empowering individuals to achieve their goals while staying true to their roots.

Eustache Clerveaux, CFP®
White Plains, NY

Eustache Clearveaux, CFP® is a Partner and wealth advisor at Fidare Wealth, based in Westchester County, New York, serving clients across the greater New York City area and beyond. A Haitian immigrant and first-generation financial planner, he works primarily with high-achieving, first-generation professionals who are the first in their families to turn high income into durable, multigenerational wealth.

In his advisory work, Eustache focuses on the full picture of his clients’ financial lives. He regularly helps them navigate complex decisions around cash flow, tax strategy, investments, equity compensation, retirement, and estate planning so they can align their money with the lives they want to live and the legacies they want to leave.

In addition to his client work, Eustache serves as an adjunct instructor in the MS in Financial Planning program at NYU School of Professional Studies, where he teaches investment and wealth management. He speaks on first-generation wealth building, immigrant financial journeys, and planning-first advice.

Eustache earned his B.A. from Purchase College and his MBA in financial management from the LaPenta School of Business at Iona University. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA), where he co-chairs the Membership Committee, and he serves on multiple nonprofit and alumni boards focused on financial empowerment and opportunity. Outside of work, Eustache is an avid runner and has completed the New York City Marathon three times.

Amber FitzRysler, CFP®
Minneapolis, MN

Amber FitzRysler, CFP® is the Founder and CEO of Rising Financial, a fee-only, women-owned financial planning and investment management firm focused on helping people align their money with their values and build a more sustainable future.

She works primarily with high-earning professionals—especially women and those who support them—who are making complex financial decisions around investing, taxes, equity compensation, education planning, charitable giving, and long-term legacy. Her approach centers on clarity, intention, and values, helping clients feel confident and grounded in their financial choices.

Amber is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Enrolled Agent (EA), and Chartered SRI Counselor™ (CSRIC®), and is currently pursuing the Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC) designation. Her insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, and Marketplace Money on NPR, among other publications. She is actively involved in the financial planning community through leadership, education, and mentorship, with a focus on advancing inclusive, human-centered financial advice.

Bryan Jepson, MD, CFP®
Monument, CO

Bryan Jepson, MD, CFP® is a physician-turned–financial planner who brings a rare combination of clinical perspective, analytical training, and personal experience to his work with high-income professionals and families. After nearly three decades practicing emergency medicine, he transitioned full-time into financial planning to help physicians and other high-impact professionals gain clarity, confidence, and control over their financial lives.

He is a lead advisor at Targeted Wealth Solutions, an RIA committed to clear, educational, and client-centered financial planning. Bryan holds an MS in Finance along with the CFP® certification and ChSNC® designation, reflecting his dual focus on both traditional financial planning and the unique complexities of special-needs families. He is the author of The Physician’s Path to True Wealth, creator of the Financial Grand Rounds blog, and co-host of the upcoming podcast, The Second Shift, that explores the opportunities and challenges in the transition away from a high-impact career.

As a CFP Board Ambassador, Bryan aims to expand public understanding of the value of comprehensive financial planning in providing practical guidance to individuals navigating pivotal financial decisions. He is especially passionate about empowering physicians, high-impact professionals, and families with special-needs dependents to build healthier relationships with money and create lives defined by purpose, balance, and true wealth.
