A new partnership between CFP Board and Charles Schwab Foundation aims to strengthen the financial planning workforce. The foundation will support financial planning degree programs, provide needs-based scholarships and sponsor CFP Board Connection Conferences to help expand the talent pipeline and address the industry’s shortage of qualified professionals.
