Can Advisors Use a Second Language as a Planning Niche?

Financial advisors typically specialize by targeting specific client niches, but speaking a second language may become the next major competitive advantage. According to CFP Board data, while 93% of CFP® professionals speak only English, the 7% who are multilingual most commonly speak Spanish, followed by French, Mandarin or German.
