CFP Board May Ease Rules on Prior Bankruptcy, Alcohol, Drug Charges 

CFP Board is considering changing the rules that regulate when applicants must have a formal hearing with the organization’s Disciplinary and Ethics Commission. Some advisors are already coming forward in support of easing the rules.
