Eight Colleges With the Best Financial Planning Programs

In 2024, CFP Board accredited 179 undergraduate colleges that are preparing students for careers in financial planning. The FPA Financial Planning Challenge, held annually since 2010, evaluates competing college teams through rigorous assessments of financial planning concepts and skills, helping prospective financial planners identify the top-performing programs based on a decade of competition results.
