More Talent Woes Ahead For RIAs – Schwab Benchmarking Study

A new report from Schwab on recruiting and retaining wealth advisors highlights the significant challenges that firms currently face and will continue to encounter in the future. According to CFP Board, three-quarters of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professionals are men, 82% are white and 94% are 30 or older. Only 2% are black, 3% are Hispanic and 4% are Asian.
