Securities Groups Join Court Fight Against New DOL Fiduciary Rule

The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and Financial Services Institute (FSI) have gone to court in an attempt to block the Department of Labor’s (DOL’s) new fiduciary rule. CFP Board supports the DOL fiduciary rule and recently filed an amicus brief in defense of the ruling.
