ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN ADVISORS SAYS GENDER DIVERSITY IS IMPROVING

There is a gradual but notable increase in women pursuing careers in finance, partly attributed to outreach initiatives by financial firms. Over the past three years, the number of female CFP® professionals has risen by 13.9%, surpassing the growth rate of financial advisors overall (11.5%), according to CFP Board.
