The AI Gap: Clients and Advisors Feel Very Differently About Artificial Intelligence

While financial advisors might be inclined to adopt AI, their clients remain hesitant. According to research conducted by CFP Board, only 31% of participants indicated comfort in receiving financial advice directly from an AI tool. However, this figure increased to 52% when the advice was verified by a financial advisor.
