Motivating Women Advisors to Stay

When it comes to addressing the under-representation of women in the financial advice ecosystem, CAPTRUST’s 2024 Advisor of the Year Catherine M. Seeber, CFP® says “The CFP Board’s WIN program has helped, and I’ve mentored quite a few CFP® certificants through that.” She is also part of a CFP® exam study group, where women have support for juggling childcare, work and studying.
