DOL Issues Final Retirement Security Rule

The Department of Labor released its final retirement security rule, which updates the fiduciary responsibilities of financial advisors regarding retirement-related investments. CFP Board commended the rule, citing that it will help protect Americans “from the costly effects of conflicts of interest.”
