Department of Labor Releases Final Fiduciary Rule

After two prior unsuccessful endeavors since 2010, the Department of Labor has unveiled its final fiduciary rule to amend the definition of fiduciary advice in retirement planning. CFP Board supports the rule, which will shield more investors from conflicts of interest.
