Updates to CFP Board’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

CFP Board’s Board of Directors recently revised its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

The Board amended the Articles of Incorporation primarily to include the work of the Center for Financial Planning in the organization’s purpose.

The revisions to the Bylaws are comprehensive. The Board improved the organization and formatting, made the language simpler and more clear, and clarified that the Board will follow Robert’s Rules of Order. The result is a shorter, more user-friendly document.
