Description
In this session, Dr Shay will facilitate a discussion around common challenges financial planners face with clients failing to adhere to financial plans. She will then provide common behavioral, emotional, and relational reasons clients fail to adhere to financial plans as context for these challenges. Finally, Dr Shay will share tips for planners to address these common challenges in their relationships with their clients.
