Planning for a Client's Incapacity

This webinar is about equipping CPF® professionals to plan for and respond to diminished financial capacity in Clients. Building off CFP Board’s Guide to Planning for and Managing Diminished Capacity in Clients, this webinar will review proactive planning steps (including providing Clients with the opportunity to designate one or more trusted contacts), powers of attorney, warning signs of financial exploitation, and practical processes for advising Clients once signs of diminished capacity emerge.
