Your public profile is accessible to you through your CFP Board account and can be displayed through the "Find a CFP® Professional" search tool on our Let's Make a Plan website.
Login to your account to view your profile and choose to be included.
Information You Must Provide
Your profile can be prominently displayed on CFP Board's Public Awareness Campaign website, www.letsmakeaplan.org. The goal of CFP Board's Public Awareness Campaign is to raise awareness of CFP® certification. The website prominently features a "Find a CFP® Professional" tool to display information about those CFP® professionals who choose to be included.
For your business information to be included in results generated by the "Find a CFP® Professional" search tool, you must be a current CFP® professional and:
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions of participation
- Include a specific "Search" address in your records with CFP Board; and
- Indicate that you currently accept new clients.
All of this information can be provided through your online CFP Board account in the "Profile & Settings" area.
