USA Today

In a January 2023 article, "From taxes to retirement: Everything you need to know about the evolving role of financial advisors," USA Today discusses how experienced financial advisors earn, on average, $192,000 a year. And if you’re just starting a career in financial services, you could earn between $50,000 and $70,000, depending on where you work and live.

U.S. News and World Report Job Rankings

The U.S. News and World Report annual Jobs Report consistently ranks financial advisors among the top business jobs. In the 2023 report, financial advisor is ranked #6 in Best Business Jobs and #21 in Best Jobs.

U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Outlook

The job outlook for careers in personal financial advising is very optimistic. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook predicts above average growth of 13% through 2032.
