Financial Planning Clinics

Over the years, CFP Board’s financial planning clinics have made a positive difference in the lives of thousands of individuals and families across the country.  Organized as stand-alone events or as part of other events, the clinics enable consumers to meet one-on-one with volunteer CFP® professionals and seek free financial guidance and advice.  The clinics are organized in a unique, pressure-free setting and the advice comes with no strings attached. Learn more >

Pro Bono Volunteers

Depending on the nature of an event or program, CFP Board can fulfill requests for experienced CFP® professionals to present workshops and offer personalized, one-on-one guidance on a pro bono basis. CFP® professionals are highly qualified to discuss virtually all personal finance topics, including budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, investment strategies, income taxes, insurance and estate planning, among many others.  Learn more >
