CFP Board's updated Standards of Professional Conduct introduce significant changes to the ethical standards for CFP® certificants. In addition to a new fiduciary duty of care for CFP® certificants who provide financial planning services, the revised Standards also include enhanced guidelines for required disclosures and a new requirement for written agreements governing financial planning services. Learn more about the updated Standards at: www.CFP.net/aboutus/standards.asp

These events will highlight key changes introduced by the revised Standards and provide practical ways CFP® certificants can integrate the new ethical standards in their practices. Each event also offers the chance to present questions and comments to members of CFP Board’s Board of Directors who were involved in the development of the revised Standards. Both events will be recorded and made available for viewing shortly after the conclusion of each event.

We hope all interested CFP® professionals will join us during the live webcasts or make time to view the recorded presentations.
