Ensuring CFP Board Emails Arrive in Your Inbox

CFP Board sends regular updates to CFP® professionals and our other stakeholders using the Real Magnet mass-email platform.  If you are not receiving regular email updates from CFP Board, you may need to adjust settings on your spam quarantine system or email service to ensure that emails sent through the Real Magnet platform are delivered to your inbox.

If you have a spam quarantine system, you may need to add the following information to “approved” or “safe” lists:

Sender: mmreturn@magnetdev.com
Domain: @magnetdev.com

Real Magnet has assembled instructions for desktop-level white listing, which can be implemented on your individual computer or device, and instructions for server-level white listing, which you can send to your email administrators for implementation.

If you implement these changes and do not begin receiving regular emails from CFP Board, or if you would like to request that a recent email be re-sent to you, please contact us at mail@cfpboard.org.
