Description
During this sessions we will explore how companies are using nonqualified deferred compensation plans to enhance their benefit packages. Thes plans allow employees to save above the limits placed upon qualified plans creating a great retirement savings opportunity. We will also look at ways companies are using these plans for recruiting, retaining and rewarding their most valuable employees.
