About CFP Board

WIN Council

Based on recommendations from its comprehensive Women’s Initiative (WIN) research white paper, CFP Board has formed the WIN Council to advise and assist CFP Board on the development of initiatives to increase the number of women entering the financial planning profession, including the number of women CFP® professionals.

The Council consists of experts in the areas of women’s issues, diversity and recruitment, as well as leaders from financial planning and advisory firms and CFP Board-registered education programs. Council members are appointed by CFP Board’s CEO and serve a two-year term.
