Susan Baran, CFP®
Susan Baran is a vice president and senior wealth strategist with PNC Wealth Management. As an attorney, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and accredited estate planner™, she provides complex advice to clients, enabling them to achieve their financial objectives.
Susan is also an expert in planned giving. Prior to joining PNC, she spent many years in the nonprofit sector helping clients integrate charitable giving into their financial and estate planning. She has served as president of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council and the Planned Giving Council of Eastern Wisconsin as well as a director on many other nonprofit boards. Susan provides pro bono legal advice to low-income clients through Legal Action of Wisconsin and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.
Susan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She received her M.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and her juris doctor from Marquette University Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is an avid canoeist, runner and ping pong player.
