Mr. Mignone is Past President & Chairman of the Long Island Chapter of the Financial Planners Association (FPA has 500 members on Long Island) and was V.P. of Ethics for the Chapter (for over 10 years). He is a long term member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).

In 1989 he completed the financial planning program at Adelphi University and became a Certified Financial Planner.
