Andrews requested that CFP Board submit proposals which it believes would help improve the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). In response to this request, CFP Board ERISA Working Group drafted a Congressional white paper entitled "Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA): An Evaluation after 25 Years."
