The Board of Directors is the policy-making and oversight body of Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, the certifying, standards-setting, marks issuing and disciplinary body which owns the CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) certification marks and regulates their use in the public interest.

The Board of Directors meets several times each year. Read summaries of topics discussed and decisions made at those meetings.
