CFP Board's 25th Anniversary
Media Coverage

July 17, 2010 marks the 25th anniversary of CFP Board, and to commemorate this milestone, on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, CFP Board released a public opinion survey on consumer attitudes toward the economy and financial planners during a national news conference. Media interest in the survey results has been strong, with first day coverage resulting in more than 6.8 million impressions, including features in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Marketwatch.com. Bob Glovsky, CFP®, CFP Board’s 2010 Chair, has been keeping up the momentum of this public relations campaign, participating in an online chat with the Dallas Morning News, and holding a radio media tour with appearances on national and regional radio stations.
